The continuing objective of the Cumberland Law Review’s membership is to publish a professional periodical devoted to legal and law-related issues that can be useful to judges, practitioners, teachers, legislators, students, and others interested in the law. We gravitate toward articles and conversations that have a resonance or implications specific to our state or region, but are by no means confined to such coverage.

Our print publications explore current and emerging issues, controversies, and theories. Our more frequently updated online publications focus on topical updates in Alabama, the Eleventh Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
