Brooke L. Messina serves as the Managing Editor for Cumberland Law Review. She is a graduate of the University of Alabama where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History. Brooke is involved with several extracurricular activities at Cumberland including: Admission Ambassador, Senior Moot Court Competition finalist, a pupil in the Judge James Edwin Horton Inn of Court, Trial Advocacy Board, Christian Legal Society, Williams Trial Competition, Negotiation Competition, and Birmingham Bar Association.
Brooke has also received the Frances Marlin Mann Award for Leadership and Character, Spirit of Service Award, Scholar of Merit for Advanced Evidence and Criminal Procedure I, and has been named to the Dean’s List for several semesters.
Brooke enjoys anything outdoors- hiking, hunting, boating, and gardening.
