Online Research Editor
Ashley Sineath serves as the Online Research Editor for Volume 51 of the Cumberland Law Review. Ashley attended Davidson College where she received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Economics. While at Davidson College, Ashley was a Division I basketball player where she received many notable honors.
During her time at Cumberland, Ashley has been a member of Women’s Business Leaders, and a Judge James Edwin Horton Inn of Court member. Ashley has also served as a Caruther’s Fellow, Research Assistant for Alyssa DiRusso and Lynn Hogewood, and participated in Cumberland’s Cambridge Study Abroad Program.
Ashley is a Jere F. White Junior Fellow and has also been awarded Scholar of Merit in the following courses: Criminal Law, Civil Procedure I, Civil Procedure II, Torts, Evidence, Real Property, Legal Process, Contracts II, and Wills, Trusts, and Estates. She has been named to the Dean’s List each semester the List was released.
In her spare time, Ashley participates and serves in her church, Homewood Community Church. She also enjoys pilates, running, basketball, cooking, and spending time with her husband, three-year old, eight-month old, and their dog Winston.
