Meredith Smith Taylor serves as a Junior Editor for the Cumberland Law Review. She is a 2017 graduate of Auburn University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minor in Community and Civic Engagement. Prior to law school, Meredith served as an AmeriCorps Member in Birmingham and the FocusFirst National Director with Impact America.
At Cumberland, Meredith serves as the President of Cumberland Women in Law, Student Body Association 2L Representative, and the Assistant Director of the Donworth Moot Court Competition.
She received runner up for Best Oralist in the 2020 Donworth Moot Court Competition and has been named to the Dean’s List all semesters where released.
